Corrections stay visible.

If Outside Brief gets something wrong, overstates certainty, or needs to update a label, the correction should be clear and findable.

Correct the article, add a correction note, and keep the change visible.

If a reported claim becomes confirmed or disputed, update the label and explain why.

If a detail creates unnecessary risk, remove it and record that the article was edited for safety.
